'The rainbow stretch targets many muscles groups including the arms, upper back, shoulders as well as the side of your torso and groin. To perform the rainbow stretch begin by sitting on the ground with your back against the wall. Your legs will be out in a V shape. Raise one hand overhead and lean towards the opposite side of the raised hand, relaxing as you let yourself fall to the side.
